- Legal Entity: Halalbalitourism Collective is a registered brand managed by PT Juara Pariwisata Indonesia, a legally incorporated limited liability company under Indonesian law.
- Tourism Business License (SIUP PARIWISATA): We hold a current and valid Tour and Travel Services Business License (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Bidang Pariwisata) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif). This license confirms our authority to operate as a legitimate travel provider.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): Our company is fully registered with the Directorate General of Taxes and maintains a valid NPWP, ensuring we meet all our fiscal obligations to the state.

- Staff & Crew Welfare: All our employees and full-time contractors are registered and covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Indonesia’s national social security program, which includes work accident protection and health benefits.
